Of course, any "diet" program based on ...I like it. Of course, any "diet" program based on healthy choices requires planning ahead ... something I'm really bad about. So, always linking the lean protein and "good carb" is sometimes tricky to do without getting into a food rut and eating the same things over and over.<BR/><BR/>As far at exercise, I'm doing really well with that. I've been getting up early and doing it at home, so I have no excuses for not making it to the gym. <BR/><BR/>I lost 3 lbs. week 1, only a half pound week 2 and I'm finishing up week 3 tomorrow.
