Flipping for Richard Davis!
For all you fans of TLC's Real Estate Pros (formerly The Real Deal, and before that, Flip This House on A&E), you probably know that today was the big Trademark Partners kick-off event in Charleston, SC. My husband and a friend purchased tickets and got to meet Richard Davis, Ginger and all the other Trademark Properties staff we've all come to love from the show. He said approximately 2,400 people showed up; the day was long and poorly planned; however, he said Richard was a very motivational speaker and it was of course cool to be there and meet the crew. The bottom line of today's event is that the Trademark team hopes to have a Trademark Partners office in all 50 states by August 2008. Stay tuned....

I'm so ready for Trademark Properties New Hampshire. We are going to make it big! I'm jealous of D-man too... wish I had gone.
On the plane headed home. Charleston was great, but can't wait to get home.
I look forward to posting more about the event and my thoughts on the comapny. My gut tells me Richard is creating something very special, the question is whether or not it is too aggressive. The key to his model is finding the right parters in each town ensuring everyone has a vested interest in each project.
