I made the switch this year from colored lights on our tree to white lights. But instead of buying the standard "mini lights" I decided to buy the LED lights, which are supposed to be safer and more energy efficient. I hated them!! No warm, yellow light coming off my Christmas tree last night....I felt like I was in a nuclear waste zone. It was the dreariest light, and it looked almost blue. It made me really Grinchy and kind of ruined our evening of decorating. I took those things down this morning and returned them to Target. I'm much happier with my new lights!
