We spent a few days of our school vacation week at Kara's house in lovely Connecticut. Unfortunately, the weather was not so lovely...two straight days of rain, but we had fun nonetheless. Here are a few pictures.
Dad actually "surprised" us Tuesday night. He got there about 10:30; almost 4 hours exactly after hightailing it out of Ron and Ginger's while they went to feed. He left a note! How classic Dad is that?? I'm still laughing.

And yes, Kara's house is super cute. Great neighborhood and a nice little backyard perfect for kids playing. Or kid, in her case.
