I just found this photo in my iPhoto library ... probably the kids took it. It's a close up of the big oak tree in our front yard that Pop nailed a horseshoe to ages ago. So, in honor of a tremendous Preakness victory by Big Brown today, I'm posting it. Here's to a Triple Crown year!

I wonder what year Pop nailed that into the tree? I was definitely a young kid. My guess is 1984.
