For me, summer would not be complete without a week at the beach. There's just something about packing up the car with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, a cooler, and a suitcase with nothing but shorts, bathing suits and flip-flops and heading out for a week of pure relaxation. We have a few favorite spots, but we always seem to go back to Maushop Village in New Seabury on Cape Cod. There's just something a little magical about this idyllic, Nantucket-style village overlooking the ocean. Quite simply, it's our happy place. What about you? Where's your happy place?

Rainbow River
Rainbow River is definitely a happy place!
the rocks at Seabrook
All good answers. I always loved playing in the Roaring Branch in Bennington. Lakeside at Auntie Amy's isn't so bad either. :)
