It has been several years now since I've actually stayed up until midnight to ring in the new year. Come to think about it, I guess it's been since having kids! Very lame.
We made it until midnight. Ben and I realized that in the 10 or so years we've been together, we've only spent a handful of New Years' together. I was always out here for Christmas and the New Year and if he came for Christmas he was usually back in CA for work by the 1st. It was nice to be home.
